Pop Stars Reportedly Denied Visa To Namibia Due To Ebola Scare

Psquare
Psquare‘s forthcoming concert in Namibia just turned into a huge disappointment after the country’s immigration office allegedly refused to grant the popular music group visas.
The duo was billed to perform at a grand musical show down organized by the Namibian Breweries Limited at Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek on Saturday Sept.28, with VIP tickets already sold-out.
The concert was also set to kick off the group’s “Double Trouble” tour.
But following the country’s strict border laws  disallowing people from Ebola-infected nations into Namibia, Psquare might not be able to get on with their high-profile event on time.
According to starafrica.com, the Nigerian High Commissioner to Namibia, Biodun Nathaniel Olorufemi has confirmed to Namibian Sun on Wednesday that the P-Square’s visa application to travel to Namibia was rejected by the country’s High Commission in Nigeria.
To make matters even worse, the Home Affairs Permanent SecretaryPatrick Nandago insists the government policy that people from Ebola stricken countries are not allowed to enter the country, until further notice.
His statement came even without the slightest idea of Psquare visa chaos.
