I gave birth to my babies 10mins after last year and 10mins before new year-Are they twins?

A woman gave birth to Twins; The first baby came out 11.55 pm 31st December 2012 and the other came out by 00.05am on 1st January 2013, I over heard somebody saying they were not born the same year.The babies are identical.

Please are they still Twins?
Would they celebrate their birthday differently?whats your opinion please?
